1. What is the purpose of the platform?
The platform helps investors select the best companies, calculate their potential return, execute documents, and make deals. If you do it independently, it takes a lot of time and money. The platform does it for free and does it fast online. One of the advantages of partnering with us is that we oblige companies to update their performance indicators so that investors can see their income and expenses in dynamics online. Typically, direct investing in companies involves only large investments; however, by distributing the amount of capital raised to a large number of investors, we managed to lower the minimum investment threshold. A large number of investment opportunities allows to diversify your investment portfolio, which significantly reduces risks.

2. Who can become an investor?
In order to open your account and start investing, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are below the age of 18, you can open the account and start investing only through the mediation of parents or guardians. The control remains with the guardian; a teenager cannot independently contact a broker to conclude transactions, but he or she can completely legally participate in the investment process: minors may conduct analysis independently, create a portfolio, and select assets for it. It is worth noting that we can accept international investors around the world.

3. How can I add funds to my account?
To open your account and start investing, you need to sign in. If you signed in and decided to invest, you need to add funds to your account. Currently, we accept four types of payment: electronic payment systems (you can see the full list when adding funds), cryptocurrency (Btc, Eth, Bch, Xrp), credit cards, and wire transfer. Online investments are limited to $10 million.

4. How can I monitor my investments?
After investing, you will get access to your investor dashboard, where you can monitor the accrual of your interest. The dashboard allows you to follow the news and financial reports of companies as well as to get information about investors’ events and meetings. If you have any questions, you can contact our platform’s technical support or send a message directly to the company in which you invested.
